Are you ready to begin within? Learn to make friends with and even love your subconscious mind! Join me on the journey inward as we activate your unconscious mind for the ultimate self-care experience. In each session, we will practice: Clearing & calming bilateral movements Subconscious journaling Yogic breathing & relaxation techniques Guided hypnosis & meditation Bring a journal and creative writing utensils. Journals also available for purchase. Starting in 2025, 3rd Saturdays of the Month First class starts January 18th, 2025, 1-3p Sign up before 2025 or the previous month to pay $33/class.
